SKALA Accessibility Consulting is led by Irene Tsimiklis, who brings over 35 years of experience in the field of education. Throughout her career as a teacher, principal, mentor, and coach, she has helped countless students reach their full potential. Over the past decade, Irene has focused on supporting families of individuals with special needs, particularly students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) successfully facilitating their integration into school settings and broader community environments.
Passionate about empowering students, families, and organizations, Irene founded SKALA Accessibility Consulting to address the unique needs of children with special needs and their families. She firmly believes that with the right support, every individual can thrive.
Our mission is to foster inclusivity and empower individuals by providing accessibility solutions that truly make a difference.
